Training Specialist – Security
Job Description
As a Training Specialist – Ground Personnel, you will design and deliver impactful security training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills to prevent and respond to security threats. You will ensure all training aligns with global aviation regulations and Emirates Group Security standards, while continuously improving course content and delivery methods.
You will also guide and develop trainers, maintain high performance standards, and promote a strong culture of security awareness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging security training sessions to ground personnel.
Ensure training complies with international aviation security regulations (ICAO, IOSA, TSA, EU regulations, etc.).
Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps and improve learning outcomes.
Design, update, and evaluate course materials and assessments.
Manage trainer performance, conduct evaluations, and provide professional feedback.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Airport Services, Group Safety, and Learning & Talent.
Contribute to security projects and support budget planning initiatives.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and maintain required trainer qualifications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (12+3 or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Aviation Security or Aviation Security Training.
Strong understanding of international aviation security regulations.
Experience in course design and performance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent business writing and communication skills.
