We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Reservations to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will lead and supervise a team of reservation agents, ensuring guests receive seamless booking services and world-class customer support.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily reservation operations, managing guest inquiries, ensuring accurate booking processes, and maintaining the highest service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Reservations team
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of guest bookings
Oversee daily reservation operations and customer inquiries
Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support the Reservations Manager in training and development
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve performance targets
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar reservations supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment
