We are seeking highly experienced aviation professionals for a prestigious, non-flying ground-based role as a Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE). In this position, you will conduct pilot proficiency evaluations using advanced Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs), ensuring all assessments align with regulatory requirements set by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and Emirates’ internal standards.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regulatory and company-mandated proficiency checks and skill tests using Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs)
Evaluate pilot performance during recurrent training, type rating, recency checks, and command upgrades
Ensure assessments are objective, standardised, and aligned with CBTA and EBT methodologies
Complete and submit detailed electronic examination reports within required timelines
Identify performance gaps and recommend remedial or additional training where necessary
Provide structured feedback to training management on performance trends and systemic improvements
Support simulator training programme development, course reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Uphold the highest safety, compliance, and instructional quality standards
Requirements
Hold or have previously held a CPL (Commercial Pilot License), MPL (Multi-Crew Pilot License), or ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License)
Minimum 12 months of active experience as an Examiner
At least 1,500 flight hours as a pilot on multi-pilot aeroplanes
Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks and simulator-based assessment standards
Advanced communication, leadership, and evaluation skills
Ability to provide objective performance feedback and uphold strict compliance standards
