JOB TITLE
Store Manager | Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle | Operations
ROLE SUMMARY

The Store Manager is accountable for achieving sales targets, developing high-performing store teams, maintaining brand standards, ensuring operational compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role oversees all aspects of store operations, workforce management, and profitability in line with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the entire store team consistently delivers high levels of customer service.

Develop creative strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.

Track brand performance, monitor stock levels, bestsellers, and slow-moving items, and develop action plans to boost sales.

Ensure compliance with company policies, including cash handling, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping procedures.

Coach, train, and mentor store teams to enhance customer service through brand/product knowledge and retail understanding.

Ensure all Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies are followed, reporting concerns promptly.

Plan and manage in-store processes including cash intake, stockroom management, and inventory administration.

Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning teams regarding product performance, pricing, and competitor activity.

Requirements

4–5 years’ industry experience with a proven managerial background.

Demonstrated record of maximizing business performance.

Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of key customer segments and the ability to coach teams on exceeding expectations.

Strong leadership skills, understanding market trends and mobilizing resources effectively.

Ability to drive impact through informed decision-making, prioritizing work, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
