Key Responsibilities
Description
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
Monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process.
Lead project teams and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Implement best practices to optimize project efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
5-10+ years of NYC construction project management experience.
Strong background in ground‑up construction and/or luxury residential interiors.
Proven ability to manage $10M-$20M projects and step into projects midstream.
Polished, professional communicator comfortable with high‑end clients.
Tech‑savvy (Procore, Bluebeam) and highly organized with a team‑oriented mindset.

Full lifecycle project management across luxury residential, commercial interiors, and ground‑up construction
Proven delivery of $10M-$20M+ projects in NYC, including high‑end multi‑unit residential developments
Experience stepping into midstream projects and driving through finishes, punch, and closeout
Strong background in client-facing project leadership with high‑end stakeholders and ownership groups
Oversight of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control
Management of subcontractors, vendors, and field teams across multiple concurrent projects
Deep understanding of NYC DOB regulations, compliance, and site logistics
Coordination of luxury finishes, detailing, and design-driven construction
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills within collaborative team settings
