Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits of capital markets activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of audit plans.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to enhance audit methodologies.
Assist in the development and implementation of audit strategies and frameworks.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required.
Ensure timely completion of audits and follow-ups on corrective actions.

Requirements
A successful Senior Auditor Capital Markets should have:
A strong understanding of financial services and capital markets.
3+ years of audit experience.
Proficiency in risk assessment and internal auditing practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
An ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
