ROLE SUMMARY

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by identifying, targeting, and selling products and services to corporate clients, schools, and institutions. This includes offering venues for events, team-building, field trips, bulk vouchers, private screenings, product launches, and group activities. The role also manages relationships with schools to ensure smooth coordination of field trips and consistently delivers exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES (Role Profile)

Conduct market research and proactively identify new sales opportunities in corporate and school segments.

Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.

Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.

Manage corporate events, field trips, and voucher sales to drive revenue growth.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and market penetration.

Represent MAF Entertainment at exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events, handling objections professionally.

Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare event briefs, and coordinate with operations and finance teams.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, leveraging upselling, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with CRM software and strong computer proficiency.

Minimum 2–3 years of direct sales experience in a fast-paced environment with proven KPI achievement.

Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated team player with a professional and enthusiastic attitude.

Excellent organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.

Results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about sales with a fast learning ability.
