Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional and memorable shopping experience by warmly welcoming customers and understanding their needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by confidently presenting products and recommending the best options for customers.
Build genuine connections with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales.
Maintain outstanding store presentation, ensuring shelves are organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Support daily store operations such as merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness.
Follow store security procedures and company policies to reduce stock loss and maintain operational standards.
Assist customers in locating products across other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when items are not available in-store.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of retail or sales experience is preferred; motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with customers.
Fluency in Arabic is required.
Passion for sales, customer service, and delivering excellent shopping experiences.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
