This role focuses specifically on IT procurement — including software, hardware, system integration, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives. As a Procurement & Logistics Specialist, you will supervise and support a team of procurement professionals while ensuring best-in-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) practices.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise sourcing, pre-qualification, and evaluation of IT suppliers to ensure best-fit service and product solutions
Lead complex commercial negotiations to secure optimal contractual and operational outcomes
Manage supplier compliance with contract terms and monitor Emirates’ commitments under agreements
Maintain and control the contract library, ensuring accurate documentation and record retention
Develop and issue tender documents in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Insurance, and User Departments
Analyse and authorise supply orders up to AED 10,000; prepare recommendations for higher-value contracts
Mitigate commercial risks across procurement activities and supplier portfolios
Support implementation of procurement strategies to achieve lowest total cost of ownership
Conduct feasibility studies to optimise internal and external resource utilisation
Implement CRM/SRM initiatives to enhance supplier partnerships and customer satisfaction
Generate and review procurement performance reports and KPIs to drive operational efficiency
Coordinate cross-functional reviews to resolve contractual issues and prevent service disruptions
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of procurement experience (non-aircraft category), preferably in IT sourcing
Strong experience in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiation
Exposure to supervising major capital acquisitions and service contract tenders
Excellent influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of procurement best practices and total cost of ownership methodologies
Professional certifications preferred (MCIPS, CIPS, CPP, CPSM, CSMP, IPSCMI or equivalent)
Strong analytical mindset with risk assessment capabilities
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-value negotiations
