JOB PURPOSE
Enhance systematic & Digitalization of Manufacturing data.
Robust the outdated procedure to improve working process.
Manage plant data systems in systematic methods.
Support enhancing EHS management by improving process and procedure.
Study & keep tracing latest compounding technology & trends
Lead site CI & 6S program, drive TCO and productivity improvement

Automation & Digitalization
Automation, Digitalization & Data Science, AI Application for Plant Equipment
Enhance manufacturing process capability through the implementation of initiatives.
For less efficient or less effective processes. set up improvement action items.
Sustainability
Analyzed & Optimize Manufacturing conditions to achieve the maximum utilization rate.
Handle ERP system (SAP) and Process monitoring system (IP21) to support and manage operation of plant digitalization or by solving errors and regular management.
Proactively participate Roots cause analysis for Production & Quality and Asset utilization.
Manage to plant and APAC MFG KPI reporting & data analysis
Lead site CI & 6S program, drive TCO and productivity improvement
Team management & Talent competency
Provide necessary training and coaching to the Process team. Help team with competency and career development.
Responsible for building up a performing team, conducting regular TRP review and keeping team motivated.
Engage continuous improvement and keep lean organization.
Be role model of active discipline and pursue integrity constantly.
Well planning / execution / stabilization of OT Cybersecurity
Enhance OTCS Environment through the closure of DMZ vulnerabilities. End-point management, ERT, BCP
Improve OT system document with solid R&R to assure system reliability & Upgrade OT Hardware align with Global Guidance
Lead & Support related Audit
IATF 16949
ISO 9001 / 14001
Internal audit (i-MEA, Corporate)
External audit (ERM, MARSH).
Understand Market Trend
Study & keep track of the latest compounding technology & trends
Perform comparison analysis and introduce best practice solution
Focus EHSS facility trend
Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Major in Process, Industrial Engineering, Safety, Information Security, Data Analysis; preferred
Over 10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing
Preferred experience in chemical / petrochemical business
Interested in technical matters
Preferred experience for multi-project
As per SABIC Competency guidelines and framework applicable to this Career Line and Grade
Able to develop competitive benchmarking and technical studies.
Analysis skill and Strategic thinking
Multi-disciplinary task oriented to handle various project initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Skills in office program like excel, ppt and word
English for both verbal and written communication
