About the Job – UAE Graduate Training Programme

It runs for 18 months, with possible international placements that can extend your experience for several years.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the Emirates Group in different international locations
Work in multiple departments like Commercial, SkyCargo, dnata, and Airport Operations
Learn and adapt to different roles through job rotations
Support daily business operations and team activities
Build strong communication and teamwork skills
Adjust to new environments and cultures during overseas placements
Act as a professional ambassador of the organization
Requirements
Must be a UAE National (valid UAE passport)
Age should be 27 years or below
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Minimum CGPA 3.0 or equivalent
Maximum 1 year of work experience
English proficiency required (IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550)
National Service must be completed or exempted
Must be flexible and willing to work in different countries
