An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Wholesale to lead and grow the UK wholesale channel for a globally recognised luxury brand specialising in crystal jewellery and decorative collections. Renowned for precision craftsmanship and a strong footprint across fashion and home décor, the business continues to expand its presence across key retail markets.

This senior commercial role will take full ownership of the wholesale strategy across multiple sub-channels, including Multi-Brand, National Accounts, Franchise, and Corporate Gifting. Reporting into senior leadership, you will drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing team of three account managers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive UK wholesale strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

Lead, coach, and directly manage a team of 3 Account Managers.

Take full accountability for all wholesale sub-channels: Multi-Brand, Nationals, Franchise, and Corporate Gifting.

Drive growth across mid-tier and national department store accounts.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and finance teams to optimise product assortment and pricing strategies.

Prepare detailed sales performance reports and deliver accurate forecasts.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards across all wholesale operations.

Travel nationally to support key accounts and develop team performance.

Requirements

Proven experience managing national wholesale accounts within jewellery, fashion, beauty, home décor, or similar sectors.

Demonstrated success driving growth within mid-tier department stores such as John Lewis, Next, M&S, or equivalent retailers.

Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

In-depth understanding of UK retail market dynamics and competitor landscape.

Willingness to work 3 days per week in West London, with national travel as required.
