Develop and execute merchandising strategies to achieve business targets.
Oversee product selection, pricing, and inventory management to maximise sales and profitability.
Analyse market trends and customer preferences to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand representation.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess product success.
Lead and mentor a team of merchandising professionals within the retail department.
Ensure alignment with the company's overall goals and brand identity.
Requirements
Profile
A successful Merchandising Manager - Fashion should have:
Proven experience in merchandising within the fashion industry.
Experience working at Head of level for at least a few years
A strong background in retail and FMCG operations.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
Leadership qualities to manage and inspire a team.
A deep understanding of premium fashion trends and consumer behaviour.
Strategic thinker, likes to plan long term and think bigger picture
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.

Salary ranging from £70,000 to £72,000 per annum.
Hybrid working arrangements in Central London.
