Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual category and product growth strategies for the UK marketplace, driving GMV growth in key segments.

Lead hero product launches and manage the expansion of strategic categories to maximize impact.

Design a robust supply-side analysis framework to evaluate category performance, product selection, and prioritization based on market insights and business goals.

Partner with traffic product and algorithm teams to optimize traffic support, monitor ROI, and implement guardrail metrics.

Collaborate with category management and strategy teams to set tailored growth targets, monitor progress, and facilitate post-campaign reviews.

Support cross-border and local sellers by providing strategic guidance, campaign oversight, and milestone tracking.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent business communication skills to collaborate with cross-border teams in China.

Proven experience in e-commerce merchandise strategy, category management, or related strategic roles.

Strong project management, communication, and execution skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.

Highly curious and informed on consumer trends, market practices, and industry developments, particularly in the UK/Europe.

Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
