Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of destination marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and visitor engagement.
Drive brand positioning initiatives in collaboration with senior marketing leadership.
Integrate residential development projects into a unified destination marketing strategy.
Design and implement marketing campaigns aligned with residential sales targets and new project launches.
Oversee marketing communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Plan and deliver destination events, promotional campaigns, and annual marketing activity calendars.
Lead digital marketing initiatives, PR campaigns, and performance optimization strategies.
Manage creative development including advertising assets, POS materials, brochures, videos, and photoshoots.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Development, Retail, and Community Management to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
Develop and manage marketing budgets while tracking KPIs and campaign performance to ensure strong ROI.
Requirements
Reporting & Performance
Prepare monthly KPI reports to evaluate campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
Deliver quarterly performance reports for departmental review and strategic planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–12 years of professional marketing experience, ideally within real estate, destination marketing, or mixed-use developments.
Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Proven experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset combined with strong execution and performance focus.
Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting campaign performance metrics.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
