Majid Al Futtaim Retail is currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager – Client Services to join its Head Office team in Qatar. This role plays a critical part in building strong relationships with brands and media agencies while driving revenue growth through innovative retail media solutions. You will work at the intersection of marketing, digital advertising, and retail, delivering data-driven campaigns that help brands connect with customers across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling retail media solutions across digital, in-store, and omni-channel platforms.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by increasing adoption of retail media products among brand partners and agencies.
Develop customized media proposals designed to deliver high-performing and measurable advertising campaigns.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution including planning, implementation, and performance reporting.
Communicate campaign insights and performance metrics to clients, ensuring transparency and value delivery.
Present the benefits of Majid Al Futtaim Precision Media solutions clearly and effectively to potential partners.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including forecasting monthly revenue and tracking activities.
Identify opportunities to introduce new advertising formats and commercial solutions across the retail media ecosystem.
Act as the primary point of contact for brands and media agencies, ensuring strong and productive relationships.
Understand client business objectives and marketing strategies to develop long-term collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is considered an advantage.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in client management, media sales, or digital advertising.
Strong background in online advertising, digital media, or analytics sales with regional or global accounts.
Proven success in digital display media sales within a retailer, publisher, or media agency environment.
Experience selling audience targeting or data-driven marketing solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining exceptional service standards.
