Job Description
At The Emirates Group, the Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) department plays a central role in driving data-led decision-making across the organization. As Manager – Analytics & Insights, you will lead the Enterprise Analytics team in delivering high-quality analysis and Business Intelligence solutions to diverse business stakeholders.
This strategic leadership role focuses on transforming business challenges into scalable, reliable, and future-ready data solutions. You will help shape a strong analytics framework that enables self-service reporting, data governance, and enterprise-wide insight generation, supporting the Group’s digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and build a best-in-class Enterprise Analytics function.
Define enterprise-wide analytical objectives across business units.
Deliver timely, reliable, and certified analytics aligned with business strategy.
Translate business requirements into scalable data models and BI solutions.
Establish and maintain analytics governance, data quality, and visualization standards.
Promote predictive analytics, forecasting, and advanced analytical capabilities.
Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure adoption of analytics frameworks.
Support innovation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build a strong Insights & Analytics community across business functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
Experience in airline or service industry in a leadership capacity.
Strong background in customer analytics, financial analytics, or data mining.
Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
Experience with data warehousing platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory).
Advanced SQL proficiency.
Working knowledge of Python and/or R.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to manage complex, multicultural business environments.
