We are currently seeking a dynamic IT Delivery Lead to join our Service Management team. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects from backlog to final delivery
Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure smooth project flow
Establish and maintain high delivery standards, ensuring adherence to Definition of Done (DoD) and acceptance criteria
Collaborate closely with Technical Product Owners to align backlogs with strategic business objectives
Manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining transparency on scope, budget, and timelines
Oversee supplier performance and ensure project delivery within approved scope and budget
Promote continuous improvement by implementing best practices and optimizing delivery processes
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance accountability, collaboration, and performance
Utilize tools such as JIRA, Planview, Confluence, and MS Office Suite to manage project workflows effectively
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (12+3) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
PMI-ACP certification preferred
Proven experience leading project delivery within large, matrix-structured organizations
Hands-on experience managing small to medium-scale technology transformation initiatives
Proficiency in software delivery and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, etc.)
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams
Excellent risk management and problem-solving capabilities
Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
