As a Head Waiter at Carbone, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional fine dining experiences. You will ensure service excellence, maintain the highest hospitality standards, and create a welcoming, professional first impression for every guest
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly as they are seated
Ensure the highest levels of fine dining service and courtesy
Provide hands-on support and guidance to service team members
Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menus
Offer expert recommendations and promotional information
Monitor consistency and quality of food and beverage service
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate major issues to management
Maintain smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Head Waiter / senior service role
Proven experience in a social dining or fine dining restaurant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Confident in handling diverse international clientele
Team player with leadership qualities
Passion for luxury hospitality
