JOB TITLE
Cash Office & Admin Support | Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle
ROLE SUMMARY

This role manages the day-to-day operations of the cash office and provides administrative support to the store management team. The role requires proficiency in handling cash discrepancies, maintaining operational compliance, and completing tasks with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

Assist store management in completing weekly and monthly audit checklists.

Ensure the smooth operation of office and POS equipment, performing preventive maintenance and arranging repairs when needed.

Handle daily cash banking and reconciliation, ensuring all monies received are accurately balanced.

Update Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and communicate any discrepancies to the finance team.

Act as custodian for petty cash and cash floats in the store.

Ensure all in-store equipment functions properly to provide the best customer experience.

Report system, standards, digital platform, or facility issues to the relevant department and follow up until resolution.

Manage office supplies, anticipate requirements, and maintain stock within budget.

Requirements

High School Certificate.

Minimum 2 years of retail experience including cash handling and administrative tasks.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent customer service mindset and attention to detail.
