We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support the Chef de Cuisine in leading kitchen operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational excellence, and a commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards in a 5-star luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing daily kitchen operations
Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain top service standards
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations
Maintain adequate stock levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies
Coordinate effectively with other departments
Conduct training and development for kitchen team members
Enforce standard operating procedures and quality control
Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure excellence
Requirements
Diploma in Catering or minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5-star international hotel chain
1–2 years’ experience in a similar Sous Chef or senior kitchen position
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
Passion for fine dining and culinary innovation
