Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chef de Cuisine to lead restaurant kitchen operations at Atlantis The Royal. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all culinary requirements, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
You will be responsible for managing kitchen teams, maintaining food cost control, supervising hygiene standards, and ensuring guests receive an unforgettable fine-dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all kitchen operations according to SOP standards
Ensure the highest level of food quality and presentation
Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards
Manage stock levels and kitchen inventory control
Monitor and control food costs effectively
Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to deliver peak performance
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Maintain full responsibility for operating equipment and inventory
Interact with guests and gather feedback to improve service quality
Ensure consistent guest satisfaction and service excellence
Requirements
Diploma in Catering OR minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5-star international hotel chain
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Cuisine or senior leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
