As an Express System Project Specialist, you will manage a dynamic portfolio of strategic projects from concept to successful implementation and adoption. You will work closely with internal departments, customers, and vendors to ensure projects deliver measurable business value while aligning with corporate PMO standards.
This role is ideal for a results-driven project professional who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is passionate about business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple strategic projects from initiation to successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with corporate PMO practices and governance standards.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Engage and manage internal & external stakeholders including customers and vendors.
Identify and deliver business process improvement initiatives.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide portfolio insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Develop and manage change management plans.
Quantify project benefits using financial tools and performance metrics.
Encourage innovation and continuously improve ways of working.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
SAFe POPM certification (mandatory).
Express logistics experience (mandatory).
PMP certification (preferred).
Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
Strong stakeholder management & influencing ability.
Advanced planning and organizing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Data analysis and budgeting expertise.
Business case development and cost control knowledge.
Strong professional writing skills.
6–8 years of experience in project management, business improvement, consultancy, or technology roles.
