To support its rapidly expanding global operations, TikTok is looking for a Facilities Operations Coordinator to join its Real Estate & Facilities team. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage facilities operations data, including maintenance records, utilities information, office data, and vendor performance metrics.
Create and maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and documentation to support reporting and audit readiness.
Prepare regular KPI and performance reports to identify trends, operational gaps, and potential risks.
Support facilities budget administration by tracking invoices, purchase orders, vendor payments, and accruals.
Assist with financial reporting, including variance analysis and cost-tracking activities.
Coordinate day-to-day facilities management activities such as maintenance services, workplace initiatives, relocations, and issue tracking.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure services meet agreed service level standards.
Help maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across facilities operations.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Operations, Corporate Real Estate, or a related administrative role.
Experience supporting budget tracking, operational reporting, or data management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
