Deputy Store Manager | Lifestyle | Operations
ROLE SUMMARY
The Deputy Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including achieving sales targets, managing and developing store teams, ensuring operational compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role deputizes for the Store Manager during their absence, overseeing the workforce and store operations to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service and exceptional shopping experiences.
Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.
Drive sales and take proactive initiatives to improve business performance and meet KPI targets.
Manage and implement all sales promotions and brand activities, coordinating with support teams for maximum impact.
Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, resolving any disruptions efficiently.
Maintain compliance with company policies, minimizing stock loss, damage, and operational risks.
Coordinate with the Excellence & Compliance Team to prepare and conduct stock counts as per company procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or High School Certificate (qualification in a retail-related field is an advantage).
4–5 years of industry experience in retail operations.
Excellent to fluent English communication skills.
Strong team player with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
