About the Job – Cabin Services Assistant
As a Cabin Services Assistant, your main role is to keep aircraft areas clean, organised, and ready for passengers. You will focus especially on maintaining and preparing the A380 Shower Spa to give First Class passengers a high-quality and comfortable experience.
You will also help maintain cleanliness in lavatories, lounges, and general cabin areas. This role supports the cabin crew but is focused only on cleaning and preparation duties.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare the A380 Shower Spa before and after each use
Ensure all hygiene standards are followed using proper cleaning materials
Personalise the Shower Spa setup for each First Class passenger
Check and restock items to make sure everything is available onboard
Maintain cleanliness of lavatories in all classes (First, Business, Economy)
Keep lounges and cabin areas clean and well-presented
Monitor inventory and confirm correct product quantities are loaded
Report any technical issues, damage, or unusual situations to the supervisor
Follow instructions from the Purser or Senior Flight Steward
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for passengers
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent
At least 2 years of customer service experience (airline, hotel, or similar industry)
Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Professional attitude and attention to cleanliness and detail
