Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding in-flight customer service while maintaining Emirates’ premium brand standards
Ensure the safety and security of passengers at all times
Conduct safety demonstrations and manage emergency procedures professionally
Provide assistance, guidance, and support to passengers throughout the flight
Manage onboard services including meal distribution and passenger comfort
Work collaboratively with a multicultural team to ensure smooth flight operations
Maintain a professional image and uphold company grooming standards
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
Fluent in written and spoken English
Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes
No visible tattoos while in cabin crew uniform
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to different cultures and environments
Physically fit and able to manage a demanding work schedule
Must meet UAE employment visa requirements
Willingness to relocate and be based in Dubai, UAE

Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per flight hour (average 80–100 hours monthly)
