Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver technology-driven business improvement projects from initiation through to successful completion.

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Ensure all projects align with strategic organisational objectives.

Monitor performance metrics to ensure measurable outcomes are achieved.

Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate project progress clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Analyse outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvement initiatives.

Support the smooth integration of new technologies into existing systems and workflows.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable change.

Requirements

Proven experience managing technology-driven projects within the Not For Profit sector or similar environments.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse internal stakeholders.

Relevant professional qualification in project management, technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Results-oriented approach with the ability to deliver measurable impact.
