This is not a traditional finance role. You will act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, influencing key commercial decisions through robust financial analysis, forward-looking planning, and data-driven storytelling. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic Finance Business Partner, advising and constructively challenging senior management to drive value creation
Lead the annual budgeting process, full-year forecasts, and mid-to-long-term financial planning across dnata Americas
Evaluate and validate business cases for new ventures, capital investments, and long-term commercial agreements
Monitor business performance through KPIs, monthly financial reviews (MFR/MBR), and management reporting
Identify performance improvement opportunities and ensure timely action plans are implemented
Maintain a robust financial control environment to safeguard shareholder interests
Ensure adherence to Corporate Governance Manuals across all entities
Lead and mentor finance teams within the assigned portfolio to build high-performance capability
Act as a legal board director on statutory entities when required, protecting both shareholder and entity interests
Strengthen collaboration between Business Units and Head Office, optimising finance talent utilisation across the Group
Support cross-regional activities including ad-hoc travel to North America and Brazil
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Finance and Finance Management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
MBA or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) highly advantageous
At least 5+ years of FP&A experience, delivering measurable value in dynamic business environments
Strong commercial acumen and analytical expertise
Proven track record of business partnering with senior stakeholders
Experience managing financial planning during periods of transformation or significant business change
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for financial storytelling
Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills
