Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
Research and identify new Beauty & Personal Care brands for potential onboarding.
Assist with outreach, engagement, and relationship-building with prospective brands.
Support lead tracking, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
Prepare outreach materials, pitch decks, and performance reports.
Creator Outreach & Campaign Coordination
Support outreach to creators for TikTok Shop beauty brands.
Coordinate creator seeding, sampling, and engagement initiatives.
Maintain campaign tracking sheets and assist with performance reporting.
Collaborate with the partnerships team to match brands with relevant creators.
