Job Description
A globally recognised organisation within the Technology & Telecoms industry is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its London-based team on a 12-month contract. As a Business Analyst, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, solutions are fit for purpose, and projects are delivered successfully. Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional meetings.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to design effective solutions.
Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Identify potential risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
Ensure technology initiatives remain aligned with strategic business goals.
Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and systems.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Technology, Telecoms, or similar large-scale environments.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all organisational levels.
Highly collaborative working style with strong stakeholder engagement capability.
Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships.
Broad understanding of current technologies and industry trends.
Experience using SAP (SRM) or Coupa for purchase order creation and invoice processing.
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of collaboration tools including Slack, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Box/Google Drive, JIRA, and Confluence.
Retail industry experience is advantageous.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
