As Assistant Manager – Stewarding, you will oversee daily stewarding operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficiency while supervising a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct all stewarding operations
Ensure sanitization, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained
Oversee quality of products, guest satisfaction, and operating costs
Coordinate with other departments for smooth kitchen and service operations
Provide training, guidance, and support to stewarding personnel
Monitor compliance with Atlantis policies, procedures, and Food & Beverage Manual
Requirements
4–5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in international luxury hotels
HSSC (10+2) or Graduate in related field
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office is a plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to manage large, multicultural teams
