Key Responsibilities
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide maintenance staff to ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks
Perform and oversee maintenance work orders across the property
Maintain resort facilities in line with standard procedures, including:
Electrical & Mechanical Systems
Kitchen Equipment
Painting & Carpentry
Audio-Visual Systems
Fire & Life Safety Systems
Recreational Water Systems
Guest Rooms, Public Areas & Exterior Features
Execute Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and preventive maintenance as per manufacturer and property guidelines
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and PPE regulations
Provide shift coverage (morning, evening, night) as required
Escalate technical issues and risks to senior management promptly
Respond effectively during building or operational emergencies
Maintain cleanliness of work areas before, during, and after tasks
Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and properly calibrated
Train, mentor, and support junior staff members
Develop strong familiarity with building layouts and resort infrastructure
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a combination of technical education and hands-on experience
Strong background in preventive and reactive maintenance
Proven skills in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and rectification
Experience working across multiple technical trades
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in restricted-access areas
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to independently manage all technical activities during assigned shifts
Willingness to assist others and escalate issues when required
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
Proven ability to train and develop maintenance staff
