We are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Bar Manager to join Ling Ling at Atlantis The Royal. In this leadership role, you will support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.
You will play a key role in training and developing the bar team, maintaining operational standards, and delivering world-class service in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations
Ensure smooth and profitable bar performance
Train, mentor, and develop bar team members
Coordinate staff schedules efficiently
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and procedures
Maintain high service standards and luxury guest experiences
Control operational costs and optimize profitability
Improve employee retention and team engagement
Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel
Previous international experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
High customer service focus
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on management style
Excellent communication and organizational skills
