We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to serve as the sole HR leader for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Suffolk County, NY. This individual will lead all aspects of HR, driving a culture of safety, engagement, and high performance while supporting business objectives. 5 days onsite and up to $90K. Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Key Responsibilities
Establish, communicate, and enforce HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and employee relations
Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and manage employee relations issues fairly and consistently
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and operational goals
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
Oversee workplace safety programs, including training, incident investigations, and OSHA compliance
Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends and improve decision-making and organizational effectiveness
Requirements
Profile
Proven experience in a broad, standalone HR role within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
Experience managing workplace safety programs, including OSHA logs and safety training initiatives
Proficiency with HRIS systems, ideally ADP Workforce Now
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish required
