Key Responsibilities

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement schedules
Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Review journal entries for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
Ensure all financial transactions comply with GAAP and internal policies
Assist with audits by providing accurate documentation and analysis
Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure proper recording and reporting
Identify and implement process improvements within accounting operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial objectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proven experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes
Hands-on experience with account reconciliations and variance analysis
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
