In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of large-scale residential and mixed-use development projects. From feasibility analysis and concept planning to procurement, construction management, and final handover, you will ensure that every stage of the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of assigned residential and mixed-use development projects from concept to completion.
Support feasibility studies, concept design development, and master planning initiatives.
Develop effective procurement strategies for consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners.
Coordinate design activities across internal departments and external consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Oversee project budgets, cost management, contract administration, and change management processes.
Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Identify project risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, including final handover and close-out processes.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and high team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or Project Management.
15+ years of experience in large-scale development or construction projects.
Proven expertise in design management, procurement, contractor management, and full project delivery.
Professional certifications such as MRICS or PMP are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, statutory approvals, and governance frameworks.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage complex projects while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget targets.
