Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Stock Associate to join its operations team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficient inventory management, ensuring products are available for customers, and supporting the overall store operations. Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and maintaining the shop floor, offices, stockrooms, and other store areas.
Receive and inspect stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
Organize stockrooms to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Assemble products according to brand instructions and report any manufacturing defects.
Attach product barcodes following company and brand guidelines.
Monitor stock levels and notify management of products not displayed on the shop floor.
Conduct daily floor checks and replenish products as directed by visual merchandising and operations teams.
Support store events such as promotions, mid-season sales, and end-of-season campaigns.
Identify and label damaged items and move them to designated storage areas.
Ensure compliance with internal inventory systems, procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in retail, stock management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of inventory control and stockroom operations.
Familiarity with RFID systems and stock tracking technology.
Good communication skills with fluency in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
