We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will collaborate with product, strategy, and operations teams to inform key decisions, shape growth strategies, and enhance the creator experience. Key Responsibilities
Analyze local and global content, creator, and user trends to uncover growth opportunities within the EU LIVE ecosystem.
Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.
Build data models and perform in-depth analyses to support creator segmentation, content strategy, and engagement initiatives.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for regional teams and leadership.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creator Management, Product, and Strategy to guide decision-making.
Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence business strategy.
Solve complex questions such as identifying high-potential creators, determining optimal engagement strategies, and designing predictive models.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within high-growth tech or content-driven environments.
Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).
Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in consumer technology, digital content, or creator economy businesses.
Background in building predictive models or recommendation systems.
Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and campaign measurement.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of the live streaming industry or digital content ecosystems is a plus.
