Key Responsibilities
Lead the launch of TikTok LIVE agency operations in the Greek-speaking market, establishing processes, standards, and partnerships.
Identify, recruit, and manage collaborations with MCNs, agencies, and organizations representing live-streaming creators.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with agencies to drive creator acquisition, engagement, and performance.
Develop operational frameworks, policies, and educational resources for agencies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Provide strategic guidance on creator training, content quality, and performance optimization.
Conduct data-driven performance reviews and ensure agency targets and platform standards are achieved.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, data, policy, operations) to align activities and initiatives across the market.
Analyze trends, performance metrics, and feedback to continuously improve the agency ecosystem.
Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Greek-speaking TikTok LIVE agency ecosystem
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, sales, or revenue-focused roles.
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience working with influencers, agencies, or within the live-streaming/entertainment sector.
Strong project management and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving to inform strategic decisions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in campaign planning and strategic operations.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching or scaling new markets or operational frameworks.
Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or other creator monetization platforms.
