The Performance & Incentives (P&I) Global Projects team plays a crucial role in shaping TikTok’s international compensation agenda (excluding Mainland China), overseeing initiatives like pay equity, compliance, global policies, and alignment across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Plan, execute, and monitor compensation and incentive projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders.

Identify risks, issues, and contingencies; track project progress and provide regular reporting.

Strategic Alignment

Ensure all projects support long-term business objectives and integrate into TikTok’s broader P&I strategy.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance and incentive management.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships across HR, finance, and business units to align expectations and secure buy-in.

Communicate clearly to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout project lifecycles.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with the P&I Global Projects team to share knowledge, support colleagues, and drive team success.

Legislative Compliance

Ensure pay policies comply with relevant global regulations and statutory requirements.

Partner with legal and compliance teams to guarantee all projects meet regulatory standards.

Communication & Reporting

Prepare clear reports on project status, risks, and recommendations for senior management.

Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure smooth information flow.

Continuous Improvement

Identify process improvement opportunities; implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Capture lessons learned and share insights to improve future initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience in Regulatory Compensation, particularly pay gap reporting across markets like the UK, Germany, Ireland, Australia, Brazil, and Japan.

Strong analytical and project management skills to analyze trends, surveys, and data for C&B strategies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to HR, leadership, and employee groups.

High ethics and discretion in handling confidential information.

Proficiency with large datasets, project management tools, MS Office, advanced Excel, and Google Sheets.
