TikTok’s UK Content team works closely with broadcasters, digital publishers, and creators across entertainment, sport, and news to accelerate content growth and scale on the platform.

We are seeking an experienced Creator Manager – Sports to join our UK team. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with sports creators, helping them grow their audiences, and expanding the supply of high-quality sports content on TikTok. You will play a pivotal role in guiding creators, analysing performance data, and translating insights into actionable strategies to strengthen the sports ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with UK sports creators, driving growth and platform success.

Act as a market expert, providing actionable insights to the product team based on creator needs and sports industry trends.

Analyse creator performance data and use insights to inform strategy, prioritisation, and business decisions.

Partner with the Head of Sports to manage creator portfolios, conduct business reviews, and deliver measurable growth plans.

Collaborate with Sports Publisher Managers and Sports Program Managers to support content programmes and initiatives.

Lead creator onboarding and support content acquisition to expand content diversity and quality.

Guide creators on using TikTok features, analytics, and best practices to enhance performance and engagement.

Support creators through account management, including issue resolution, verification, and operational guidance.

Drive creator engagement through community management and effective communication channels.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience working with creators, developing strategies, and providing education to support audience growth.

Strong understanding of the sports landscape, including emerging social media and platform trends.

Minimum 5 years of experience in media, social media strategy, partnerships, or creator management.

Hands-on experience with social media platforms and a deep understanding of creator-platform collaboration.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; confident engaging with creators and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating or supporting sports content.

Strategic, data-driven thinker able to make high-impact decisions.

Self-starter and collaborative partner, comfortable leading projects end-to-end.

Demonstrated success in creator management, account support, and trust-based relationship building.
