The Supply Chain and Logistics Team plays a critical role in TikTok Shop’s success by ensuring a robust and efficient infrastructure that enables scalable business growth across Europe. Through strategic planning, logistics optimization, and operational support, the team drives adoption of TikTok Shop’s logistics solutions while providing sellers with a smooth and effective experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated FBT BD Strategy Operations Intern to join our team in the UK. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to TikTok’s logistics business, engage with sellers across multiple markets, and execute initiatives that have a real impact on the e-commerce ecosystem. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about e-commerce, operations, and business development, with strong project execution skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Localisation: Develop and adapt user-facing assets such as how-to guides, email campaigns, site banners, and slide decks for diverse audiences.
Seller Research & Insights: Conduct seller interviews, design surveys, and synthesize insights to identify pain points and business opportunities.
Campaign & Documentation Support: Prepare internal playbooks, support campaign launches, and track key performance metrics.
Mass Seller Management: Engage small- to medium-sized sellers through scalable channels like webinars, calls, and seller groups to drive retention.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze seller feedback, identify trends, and share actionable insights with product, operations, and solutions teams
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a university degree and eligible to work in the UK.
Available for a minimum 6-month internship, full-time or part-time.
Strong bias for action with a proven ability to drive projects from start to finish.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience managing internal alignment and external seller communications.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, finance, pricing, and operations teams.
