TikTok is looking for a Media Team Operations Specialist to join its growing media team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end media operations, work cross-functionally with internal and external partners, and help deliver campaigns that inspire, engage, and drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities

Support planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Collaborate with agency teams, including planners, buyers, and account managers, to ensure seamless campaign delivery on time and within budget.

Coordinate with internal teams and external media partners to guarantee accurate implementation of media schedules and placements.

Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities, assisting in budget tracking and creative asset management.

Analyze key metrics such as reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI to draw actionable insights and recommendations.

Conduct post-campaign analysis and maintain thorough documentation, sharing learnings with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams and agency/media partners, ensuring timely delivery of reports, updates, and campaign materials.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

At least 2+ years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising; agency experience is a plus.

Strong project management skills with experience managing campaigns and large budgets.

Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns independently.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects across different campaign phases in a matrixed environment.

Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and solutions-focused.
