The Beauty & Fashion team at TikTok Shop works closely with global brands and creators to help them grow through data-driven strategies, creative marketing campaigns, and innovative e-commerce solutions. By combining expertise in brand management, creator partnerships, and social commerce, the team supports brands in reaching new audiences and achieving meaningful growth in a dynamic digital marketplace.
TikTok is now inviting ambitious students to apply for its Summer 2026 Internship Program. This 12-week internship provides valuable industry exposure, real-world experience, and the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals. Interns will work on impactful projects, gain insights into social commerce strategies, and build practical skills that support long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate & Creator Engagement
Support affiliate marketing initiatives, including creator campaigns and promotional events.
Assist in managing creator collaborations and product matchmaking with selected influencers.
Help coordinate campaign execution to increase engagement and sales performance.
Category & Product Development
Work closely with the assortment team to identify trending beauty and fashion products.
Support initiatives aimed at turning promising products into viral marketplace successes.
Livestream & Campaign Support
Provide operational and strategic support for livestream shopping events.
Collaborate with campaign teams to design marketing initiatives that boost merchant visibility and product exposure.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
Analyze performance data to generate insights that support business growth.
Track key initiatives such as seller programs, live shopping sessions, and advertising performance.
Prepare reports to help improve merchant performance and campaign results.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating in 2026, in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Available to participate in a 12-week internship during Summer 2026.
Basic understanding of TikTok Shop’s social commerce model.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
