A prestigious global legal business based in London is seeking a Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive to support its growth and marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with experience in marketing, business development, and event management within the business services or legal sector.
In this role, you will support lawyers and practice groups with business development strategies, manage campaigns, coordinate international BD trips, and deliver impactful internal and external events. You will work closely with global marketing teams, contributing to firmwide growth initiatives while building strong relationships across London and international offices.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality internal and external events and conferences.
Manage business development plans for global practice groups.
Support lawyers with international BD trips, including materials preparation, scheduling, and follow-up.
Maintain CRM data and assist with reporting on business development activities.
Coordinate BD campaigns with global marketing teams.
Contribute to firmwide business development projects and growth initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships across London and international offices.
Support marketing projects, campaigns, and event logistics with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing and business development within business services, legal, or professional sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
Highly organised with strong planning skills and attention to detail.
Confident, proactive, and positive communicator.
Experience in event planning and logistics (developing or established).
CRM experience is beneficial but not essential.
Resilient and able to perform under pressure.

Desirable:
Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM).
Previous experience in a law firm.

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum.
