In this high-impact role, you will own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach through to closing high-value deals. Targeting organisations with 50–750 employees, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, develop compelling business cases, and deliver long-term value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
Identify and engage decision-makers within mid-sized organisations (50–750 employees).
Drive new revenue by closing high-value B2B deals.
Develop tailored proposals and compelling business cases.
Consistently meet or exceed daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales operations, and enablement teams to optimise conversion rates.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools.
Contribute to a high-performance sales culture within a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Requirements
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, licensing, or technology sectors.
Demonstrated experience achieving or exceeding challenging sales targets.
Strong communication skills with a thoughtful and empathetic approach to customer engagement.
High resilience, persistence, and ability to thrive in a high-activity environment.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team culture.
Comfortable making decisions quickly in a dynamic business setting.
Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to clearly demonstrate previous sales achievements and performance metrics.
Benefits
Salary & Commission
Base salary: £35,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Uncapped commission structure.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £80,000 – £100,000.
