A respected international charity working alongside global humanitarian agencies is seeking an ambitious Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead and grow high-value corporate relationships. With a powerful brand and a clear multi-year growth strategy, the organisation is focused on mobilising funding, awareness, and strategic partnerships to protect people displaced by crisis worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver a bold corporate fundraising strategy while personally managing and expanding a portfolio exceeding £1 million in value. You will play a central role in positioning the charity as the partner of choice for purpose-driven global businesses, securing five-, six-, and seven-figure commitments that create long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a targeted, multi-year corporate partnerships strategy.

Manage and grow a £1m+ portfolio of corporate supporters.

Secure new five-, six-, and seven-figure multi-year corporate commitments.

Refresh and relaunch compelling private-sector funding propositions.

Analyse lapsed and recent donors to develop effective re-engagement strategies.

Lead corporate partnership activity during humanitarian emergencies, acting as liaison to senior leadership.

Develop tailored engagement and stewardship plans for key corporate partners.

Conduct prospect research and network mapping to unlock new opportunities.

Collaborate on high-value pitches, proposals, and emergency fundraising campaigns.

Support renewal and expansion of long-term strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Proven experience securing and managing six-figure corporate partnerships.

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or strategic partnerships.

Demonstrated success delivering sustainable income growth strategies.

Strong understanding of the UK corporate partnerships landscape and ESG trends.

Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior corporate stakeholders and boards.

Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to translate humanitarian work into compelling business propositions.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Confident negotiator with strong influencing ability.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.

Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.

Salary Range

Competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
