A leading and highly respected retail organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Change Manager to drive large-scale transformation across its Supply Chain and wider business functions. Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee large-scale organisational change and transformation initiatives.

Design and implement end-to-end change management strategies aligned with business objectives.

Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.

Partner with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Technology functions.

Influence senior stakeholders and provide credible leadership at executive level.

Develop and embed new operating models and improved business processes.

Build engagement plans that drive behavioural and cultural change.

Monitor transformation progress and adjust strategies to maximise effectiveness.

Support the development of Change Centres of Excellence and structured frameworks.

Coach and guide teams across different stages of the change lifecycle.

Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure aligned transformation delivery.

Resolve cross-functional bottlenecks and drive organisational clarity

Requirements

Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes within retail or similar large-scale environments.

Strong background in behavioural change, stakeholder engagement, and embedding new ways of working.

Demonstrated success operating in matrixed and multi-functional organisations.

Expertise in change impact assessment, workforce planning, and organisational development.

Experience working with operating models, process design, and optimisation teams.

Ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior operational leaders.

Experience building or contributing to structured change frameworks or Centres of Excellence.

Excellent communication and strategic storytelling skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Confident leader with the ability to coach and develop teams
