We are currently hiring an Administrator – Crew Connect Services (Emiratisation) to support our Cabin Crew operations. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to crew queries via email, phone, and walk-ins, ensuring accurate information and professional service
Maintain and update administrative databases and internal systems with precision
Track applications, monitor document expiries and renewals, and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate documentation processes with crew members and internal departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards
Update trackers and manage confidential reports and payment discrepancies
Oversee distribution and accountability of Cabin Crew corporate devices
Prepare detailed administrative reports and highlight findings
Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, governance, and compliance processesMinimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Good understanding of office management procedures and administrative principles
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and office management systems
Strong data management and analytical skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
Requirements
Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar administrative role
